Copper is a commonly used mechanical engineering material, but it is prone to corrosion in some use environments, which greatly affects its application range. Therefore, improving the corrosion resistance of copper and extending its service life have become research hotspots in recent years. This paper uses different surface treatment methods to expand the application of copper parts in corrosive environments. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The chemical deposition method is used to deposit nano-silver on the surface of the copper substrate. After modification with perfluorooctanoic acid,a copper superhydrophobic surface with good anti-corrosion properties is prepared. The contact angle of the superhydrophobic surface is above 160°,and it has excellent self-cleaning performance.Through SEM,it was found that the copper surface gradually changed from petal-like to coral-like with the increase of nano-silver deposition time, and the coral-like microstructure surface had a larger contact angle. The test results show that the corrosion current density of the superhydrophobic surface is reduced by two orders of magnitude, and it has better corrosion resistance.(2)Using the milling method, use a 0.1mm CNC flat-bottomed sharp knife to mill the surface of the copper substrate on a CNC engraving machine to construct a rectangular convex microstructure.By changing the tool tip spacing, different sizes of rectangular convexes can be prepared. After pickling and stearic acid modification of the processed surface,a superhydrophobic surface with corrosion resistance was successfully prepared. After the friction and wear test, the contact angle of the super-hydrophobic surface decreases to a small extent, and the surface still has excellent corrosion resistance.(3)Using a combination of milling and chemical deposition, micron rectangular protrusions are processed on the surface of the copper substrate. After pickling treatment and chemical deposition of nano-silver,a micro-nano double-layer microstructure is constructed, which is modified by low surface energy materials.Prepare a super-hydrophobic surface with good corrosion resistance. The surface also has excellent self-cleaning and water jet performance. After scratching and friction with silicon carbide sandpaper, the surface still maintains a high contact angle and good corrosion resistance.
