Recently,asymmetric catalysis is one of the hotspots of scientific research,and the key of asymmetric catalysis is to design and synthesize catalysts with high enantioselectivity and high catalytic activity.Chiral MOFs,as a kind of excellent representative of heterogeneous asymmetric catalysts,it has the advantages of uniform active sites and abundant pores,which fully meets the pursuit of green chemistry in contemporary society.In the past two decades,although many research groups home and abroad have done a lot of work on the MOFs and have achieved rich results,it is regrettable that chiral MOFs based on proline used for asymmetric catalysis Research is rare.Therefore,this paper has carried out work from the following aspects:1.Five chiral ligands(S)-4',4'''-(hydroxy(pyrrolidin-2-yl)methylene)bis(([1,1'-biphenyl]-4-carboxylic acid))/(S)-4',4'''-(hydroxy(pyrrolidin-2-yl)methylene)bis(([1,1'-biphenyl]-3-carboxylic acid))/(S)-bis(4-(pyridin-4-yl)phenyl)(pyrrolidin-2-yl)methanol/(S)-bis(4-(pyridin-3-yl)phenyl)(pyrrolidin-2-yl)methanol/2-((((3R,5S)-5-(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)oxy)methyl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-dica rboxylic acid have been synthesized and characterized by 1H-NMR,ESI-MS,IR spectrum,CD spectrum,etc.Four chiral MOFs were obtained by room temperature diffusion method and solvothermal method.The single crystal diffraction failed to test the structures.Finally,the properties of the crystal were characterized by IR spectrum,powder X-ray,thermogravimetry and CD spectrum,and its application prospect was speculated2.Using MOF-4---UiO-67 Pro as a catalyst to catalyze the asymmetric Domino-Diels-Alder reaction.The temperature and solvent of the catalytic reaction were screened to find the optimal reaction conditions,and the substrate suitability,cycle stability test and heterogeneous catalysis test were carried out.In this thesis,five novel proline-based chiral ligands were synthesized,which provided a source of ligand for direct construction of chiral MOFs and increased the possibility of coordination chemistry.In addition,the application of chiral MOFs as an asymmetric catalyst to asymmetric Domino reaction has certain theoretical and practical significance.
