In recent years,the development and application of porous Hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks(HOFs)have received increasing attention.Compared with MOFs、ZIFs and COFs,HOFs represent an interesting type of crystalline porous materials that can be supported by noncovalent intermolecular interactions,such as hydrogen-bonding,van der Waals,etc.HOFs show lower density,higher solubility,easily accessible structural information and ease of regeneration.More importantly,the metal-free nature endows HOFs with considerable biocompatibility and low toxicity,thus can be extensively applied to drug delivery and biological applications.Based on the above research background,considering the characteristic structure and performance of TCPP(meso-tetra(carboxy-phenyl)-porphyrin),this paper explores the construction and application of low-dimensional HOFs based on TCPP,the details are as follows:(1)1D HOFs material:The original“equidistnce effect”is performed for tailoring the structure and functionality of 1D porous stripes HOFs TCPP-1,3-DPP(1,3-DPP=1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane.In the crystal,the 1D porous stripes structure are further stacked into a dynamic 3D porous framwork,which shows specific adsorption of water vapor,and are expected to be practically applied in the field of industrial gas drying.In addition,through solution-assisted top-dowm fabrication technology,the 3D porous framework is exfoliated into an atomically thin 1D nanoribbon with excellent thermal stability,and the anticer drug Doxo is loaded on the nanoribbon.A smart carrier for an anticancer drug featuring the desired synergistic chemotherapy-PDT-PTT therapy effects was realized.(2)2D HOFs material:by originally employing the in-site generated molecular glue,two isomorphic two-dimensional HOFs 2D-HOF-1(TCPP-(CO)2·(NHC2H62)and 2D-HOF-2(TCPP-(CO)2·(H2O)2·(CO22)have been constructed.They have achieved specific adsorption of iodine in an aqueous environment.Meanwhile,through solution-assisted top-dowm fabrication technology,the 2D HOFs elastic framework are exfloited into atomically thin 2D nanosheets.This is the first new 2D material supported by in-plane noncovalent intermolecular interactions,and shows excellent water stability and enhanced photocatalytic activity.These research results provide a good technical reference for the design and development of new 2D HOFs materials.
