In recent years, rare earth doped silica nanomaterials have attracted more and more interest.Rare earth doped silica can not only increase its own luminous intensity, but also expand the application of the material in the field of luminescence.Sm3+is an important rare earth oxide ion material, which makes it have potential applications in solar cells, nanometer electronics, semiconductor glass, biochemical sensors and nanometer magnets, and Eu3+is also an important ion in the research and preparation of rare earth doped nanometer luminescent materials.SiO2nano/micro materials doped with different rare earth ions were prepared by thermal evaporation method. The main contents and results are shown as follows:1.In this paper, the thermal evaporation method was used to prepare the Sm3+doped SiO2nano/micro materials to explore the growth structure of the different deposition temperature regions.According to the study,we found that with the decrease of the growth temperature, the diameter of the product increased, and the growth morphology changed from tapered nanorods to microrods and microparticles.Through the investigation of optical properties,it was found that Sm3+characteristic peak positions appear in the PL spectrum. The morphology and structure of SiO2nano/micro materials with different doping ratios of Sm3+were investigated by SEM and XRD.The optical performance of the grown SiO2nano/micro materials were explored through UV and PL testing methods.Through comparison,it was found that with the increase of doping concentration, due to the quenching effect of high concentration, the characteristic luminescence peak of Sm3+became less and the luminescence intensity decreases.2.In this paper,Eu3+doped SiO2micro materials were prepared by thermal evaporation method. The morphology, structure, luminescence and other aspects of the prepared SiO2microwires/microparticles were investigated. The test results showed that with the decrease of temperature, the sample deposition of microparticles decreased, and the deposition density of micro aggregates decreased.UV respectively showed that the light absorption at 3.98 eV(288nm)and 3.25 eV(373 nm)comes from oxygen defects in Eu3+and SiO2.The PL spectrum showed the characteristic excitation peak of Eu3+,which confirms that the doping element is Eu3+.
