The water-removing process of tea is an important part of tea processing,and the quality of the water-removing process directly affects the quality of the tea after water-removing.With people's increasing demand for the quality of tea,higher requirements are put forward for the quality and efficiency of tea processing,especially the water-removing process of tea.In the water-removing process,electromagnetic water-removing stands out in the water-removing process with its advantages of fast heating speed,high thermal efficiency,long equipment life and no pollution to the environment.Based on the electromagnetic curing control system for selenium-enriched green tea,firstly,this article introduces the principle of COMSOL electromagnetic coupling heating,introduces the tea curing process and the mechanical structure of the tea curing machine.According to the analysis of the main factors affecting the tea curing effect,the drum temperature and speed are selected as the control of the tea curing machine.Parameters,and designed the control plan of the drum speed and temperature.Secondly,using COMSOL finite element analysis software,the selenium-enriched green tea electromagnetic curing machine induction heating model is numerically simulated and analyzed,and the single variable method was used to analyze the influence of different induction heating parameters on the temperature rise efficiency of the drum and the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the drum.Carried out the hardware design,software design and the design of the human-computer interaction interface for the electromagnetic control system.For the hardware part,mainly designed temperature sampling and control circuit,electromagnetic induction heating circuit,equipment heat dissipation protection circuit and motor frequency conversion speed regulation circuit;for software design,mainly designed temperature control program and frequency conversion speed regulation program;for human-computer interaction,use USART HMI software to write HMI man-machine interaction interface.Finally,a single-variable numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the induction heating model in this paper,and a test platform is built for the designed electromagnetic activation soft control system,and the system test analysis is carried out.Among them,the main controller output PWM wave to control the IGBT module output alternating current waveform.The resonant current wave form of different frequencies and the output voltage wave form of thermocouple are analyzed.The system test results show that the PWM frequency controls the output power during resonance.When the induction power supply starts to work,the device automatically scans from high frequency to low frequency according to the program.When it finds the frequency with the maximum output voltage amplitude,it stops frequency reduction and keeps it.This frequency is used for heating.Basically realize the function of the control system of the selenium-enriched green tea electromagnetic curing machine.
