Design And Simulation Of The Automatic Leveling System For The Boom Of A Rock Drilling Rig

Drilling and blasting is the main method of modern mineral resource mining,and rock drilling rigs are necessary tools for drilling and blasting.When the rock drilling rig is working,the blasting process often needs to drill parallel holes,and the quality of the parallel holes directly affects the final blasting effect.For this reason,the rock drilling rig needs to adjust the drill boom to make the positions parallel when the drill floor is working.The automatic leveling of the drill boom can effectively improve the automation degree and drilling quality of the rock drilling rig.In this thesis,based on the prototype of the existing rock drilling rig of the cooperative enterprise,a rock drilling rig DFZD-1 with an automatic leveling system is designed.Firstly,the main structure of the trolley was designed and selected,and its three-dimensional model was established;then,as the drill boom is a space manipulator structure,the kinematics modeling of the drill boom was carried out;by correcting the model Kinematics and inverse kinematics are solved to find the posture state of the drill boom at each moment when drilling parallel holes,and to calculate the telescopic length of each cylinder;finally,the designed hydraulic system of the drill boom is designed and selected,and passed AMESim software performed a simulation analysis on typical working conditions to verify the feasibility of the design.Through simulation calculation of typical working conditions,the correctness of the designed rock drilling rig boom model is verified,and this model and solution method can be used to realize the automatic leveling of the boom when drilling parallel holes.The automatic leveling system for the drill arm of the rock drilling rig can effectively improve the automation degree and drilling quality of the rock drilling rig,and provide technical support for related products in my country.
