In recent years,supramolecular chemistry has been brilliant.A large number of new molecular machines or new functional polymer materials based on supramolecular assembly are unique.This not only improves the disadvantages of traditional synthesis methods to a certain extent,but also promotes the development of photoelectric energy,medical biology and other practical applications into a new dimension.Therefore,in this paper,three parts of the research based on supramolecular assembly principle have been carried out using tetraphenylvinyl as the matrix,covering the exploration of photophysical properties of small molecules and even polymers.The contents include:The mechanism of aggregation induced luminescence was verified by supramolecular assembly of small molecules.Two water-soluble carboxylate based fluorescence molecules were synthesized using tetrastyrene(TPE)as aggregation induced emission(AIE)structures and pyrene as aggregation induced emission quenching(ACQ)structures.By the self-assembly process with the macrocyclic host of cucurbituril,the opposite fluorescence response behavior of two types of molecules based on TPE and pyrene was observed.The assembly process was verified by ~1H NMR,IR and fluorescence spectra,the mechanism was studied at the same time.The conclusion of“aggregation induced fluorescence change”will help the development of more new host-guest supramolecular fluorescence systems in the field of fluorescence sensors or fluorescent switches.Hydrogen-bonded organic crystal frameworks(HOFs)with aggregation induced emission were obtained by supramolecular assembly.The characteristics of AIE-HOF,such as fluorescence characteristics,gas adsorption and dense channels,are used to detect explosives.We selected the monomer molecule with aggregation induced emission property based on tetrastyrene,and obtained the AIE-HOF hydrogen bond crystal framework in the mixed solvent of acetic acid and acetonitrile.SC-XRD shows that the micropore structure is in sharp contrast to the interlaced structure obtained by recrystallization in ethanol and acetic acid.AIE-HOF exhibits high fluorescence quenching efficiency in the interaction with nitro compounds vapor,and its high sensitivity can inject new vitality into the development of sensing machines for explosive monitoring.The monomer was preorganized into two-dimensional stacking mode by supramolecular interaction,and the active sites were stimulated by ultraviolet radiation to prepare 2D polymers.Three kinds of tetraphenylvinyl compounds with pyran cation group,amide group and ester group were synthesized,which satisfied[2+2]cycloaddition polymerization.Using the idea of“single crystal cultivation”,to prepare two-dimensional polymer crystals.
