The core technology of supercapacitors(SCs),an apinoid and high-performance energy accumulator,is synthesizing high-powered electrode materials,such as wonderful capacity,decent conductivity and all-right ion diffusion rate.The strong conductive synergistic effect,coming from rich ion valence states of the polymetallic compound electrodes,can accelerate more and more rapid and reversible redox reactions in the energy storage process.At the same time,the high conductive nickel foam(NF)is used as the substrate to synthesize the compound electrodes directly,which simplifies the treatment of the electrodes greatly and can reduce the ion transport resistance successfully.In this paper,NF substrates are used to grow Cu-doped Ni-Co based ternary metal compound materials under different experimental conditions,and the details are as follows:1.The Cu doped Ni-Co Carbonate Hydroxide electrode(Ni-Co-Cu CH)is prepared by one-step hydrothermal method.There are lots of useful reactions inside the electrode material in the energy storage process,owing to its high mass loading(5.35mg/cm~2)and unique nano-cone morphology.At a lower charge current(3 A/g),the sample of the Ni-Co-Cu CH can abtain a superhigh capacity(6.31 F/cm~2),which is 2.5times that of the Ni-Co precursor electrode(2.51 F/cm~2).Then,the prepared electrochemical device taking the Ni-Co-Cu CH electrode as the anode,makes an outstanding application with its good energy storage parameters in real life.2.The Cu doped Ni-Co Oxide electrode(Ni-Co-Cu Oxide)prepared by using the Ni-Co-Cu CH as the precursor under a high temperature annealing treatment,can accelerate the transport of electrolyte ions to realize fast energy storage owing to its unique nanorod morphology and plenty of oxygen defects inside the material.At a lower charge current(3 A/g),the capacity of the Ni-Co-Cu Oxide sample(mass-specific capacitance:2757.7 F/g,area-specific capacitance:6.54 F/cm~2)is significantly superior to the Ni-Co precursor electrode(1183.5 F/g,2.51 F/cm~2).Then,the prepared electrochemical device taking the Ni-Co-Cu Oxide electrode as the anode,makes an outstanding application with its admirable performance parameters in real life.
