With the continuous development of social economy,the application of functional materials in engineering field has gradually attracted extensive attention of scientific researchers at home and abroad.Magnetorheological Fluid,as one of the most potential new functional materials,has been successfully applied to many fields such as industry,automobile,military and medical treatment by its unique rheological effect and stable rheological properties.Disc type magnetorheological torque servo system is presented in this paper on the basis of the structure was improved,we design a multilayer type magnetorheological torque servo system,realized in the input current phase output torque range larger change at the same time,to solve the current magnetorheological torque servo system in the process of lapping and exist the problem of insufficient output torque.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The composition of the magnetorheological fluid is summarized,the working principle of the magnetorheological fluid is analyzed,and the three types of magnetorheological fluids(MRF-250,MRF-250,MRF-350,MRF-450)conducted research and tested its rheological properties,shear stress,(saturation)yield stress and settlement stability,etc.According to the test results,a suitable magnetorheological fluid was selected as the base The material for the follow-up study of the thesis,and the factors affecting the mechanical properties of magnetorheological fluid.(2)The structure of the multi-layer MR torque servo device was designed,and the output torque formula of the multi-layer MR torque servo device was deduced.According to Hopkinson's law and magnetic circuit Ohm's law,the magnetic circuit direction of the working area was designed,the material was selected,and the parameters of the whole structure were determined.(3)the use of ANSYS to complete the multi-level magnetorheological torque servo system simulation modeling of magnetic circuit of magnetic field of magnetic lines of force,the analysis of the magnetic flux density and magnetic induction intensity,magnetic circuit is verified the rationality of the design and material selection,contrast disc type magnetorheological torque servo system,it is concluded that the characteristics of multilayer magnetorheological torque servo system.(4)Through orthogonal experiment,the influence degree of each influencing factor on the output torque is studied,and the excitation current and magnetic induction strength model,magnetic induction strength and shear stress model are established with SIMULINK,and the influence of the excitation current and the working gap of magnetorheological fluid on the output torque is analyzed.The quaternary equations of excitation current and output torque are fitted with MATLAB software,which lays a foundation for the application of multilayer magnetorheological torque servo device.
