With the development of information technology and artificial intelligence,intelligent manufacturing has become an important measure for enterprises to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.As an important basic industry of manufacturing industry,the foundry industry urgently needs to improve the automation of its production system,the intelligence of production management methods and the integration level of production information through intelligent transformation and upgrading,so as to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper is aimed at an enterprise the actual demand for die casting with conveyor automation production line,using intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the speed of the conveyor and production scheduling plan,achieve barrier-free circulation between liquid aluminum in the die casting machine,reduce the number of die-casting machine idle waiting time,for the die casting enterprise realizing efficient,safe and clean production provides theoretical method and support technology.Firstly,in order to improve the utilization rate and production efficiency of automatic die casting production line with conveyer constraint,this paper aims at the actual demand of automatic production line of engine cylinder die-casting enterprise,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model for job scheduling was established by using weighted average method to minimize the total idle time of the die-casting machine,balance the load of each die-casting machine,maximize the number of aluminum castings produced and minimize the idle waiting time of the transport machine,the mathematical model of multi-objective job scheduling optimization is established by using weighted average method.Secondly,based on the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO),an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO)is proposed to solve DAPL job scheduling and transport speed optimization in order to meet the actual requirements of scheduling optimization of automatic die casting production line with transport speed constraints.In the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO),the inertial weight which changes with the algebra is introduced,which can make the algorithm conduct large-scale global search in the early iteration and small-scale local optimization in the late iteration.By introducing the perturbation factor and establishing the elite particle library,the diversity of particle swarm is guaranteed,and the particle can avoid local convergence due to the influence of individual extremum and population extremum in the process of evolution,thus improving the optimization performance of the algorithm.The simulated annealing algorithm is used for local optimization of each generation of particles,which improves the optimization ability of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,and ensures that the optimal solution of the algorithm will not be lost in the process of searching through the optimization strategy.In order to verify the performance of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in this paper,a simulation experiment was carried out for the scheduling problem of die-casting production line with the speed constraint of transporter,and the effectiveness and stability of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in this paper were verified by the example simulation in Reference [49].Finally,according to the actual demand of automatic production line scheduling of engine cylinder die casting enterprise,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm proposed in this paper was used to complete the job scheduling optimization and transport speed optimization of automatic production line of engine cylinder die casting.Completed the function of the die casting automation production line job scheduling software model and software structure design,using MATLAB GUI tool developed has friendly man-machine interface of die casting automation production line job scheduling software,improve the efficiency of the enterprise equipment and transport,to ensure the consistency of the manufacturing process and logistics of castings,reduce the workload of the dispatching personnel,Improved product quality and production efficiency.
