Mining industry has been supporting the operation of most industries in China,and has made a huge contribution to China's GDP.However,the current mining technology and filling technology will bring a lot of environmental pollution problems and security risks,and the sustainable development of mining industry has become a hot spot.After so many years of development of many mines at home and abroad,mining and filling technology has made good progress,but the cost is still high,and there is still a lot of room to improve the utilization of solid waste resources and some key technologies.Due to historical reasons,there is almost no tailings stock in Panlong lead zinc mine of Guangxi,but there are a lot of goafs,the adjacent stopes can not be mined,the underground blasting operation is hindered,the tailings production is insufficient,and it falls into a dead cycle.Based on the above two major prerequisites,in fully understanding the filling technology at home and abroad,the applicable engineering of foam mortar and the preliminary research results of the research group,combined with the actual situation of Panlong mine area,a highperformance composite cementitious foam mortar suitable for this mine was developed in collaboration with Panlong mine to speed up the backfilling of the goaf and improve the utilization rate of tailings.Based on the field investigation of the current filling system,goaf conditions,filling body performance and quality requirements,raw material collection,a large number of literature research and theoretical analysis,a series of indoor tests and analysis were carried out with cement,mineral powder,desulfurized gypsum,industrial sodium sulfate and domestic advanced high-performance foaming agent produced locally as raw materials,Finally,the industrial test was carried out in the mine.The main contents and conclusions are as follows(1)According to the field investigation,there is still nearly 400000 m ^ 3 goaf in the mine,the edge of the goaf is irregular,and the original cement mortar filling body is easy to cause overflow water when setting;The strength requirement and mortar fluidity requirement of filling body are determined,and it is hoped that the overflow water of new filling body will not be too much.There are other steel-making enterprises,cement production plants and chemical material production plants around.The solid waste produced can be comprehensively utilized and consumed.It can be used as raw materials to prepare filling slurry and backfill to the goaf.At the same time,the raw materials are convenient for production and transportation.(2)according to the requirements of the mine for filling body and mortar,comprehensive literature theory study,team pre research and local resources,the cementitious material system which uses industrial sodium sulfate and desulphurization gypsum to stimulate cement powder is mixed with tailings and high performance compact foam to get high performance composite cementitious foam mortar.The test block prepared in laboratory test has good properties.(3)The physicochemical properties of the raw materials were analyzed by various raw material analysis methods.The raw materials produced locally have good properties and can be used for filling;The mechanism of composite cementitious material is compared with that of pure cement system.It is found that all important indexes are slightly better than that of cement.(4)The industrial test was successful,and many links were detected and recorded during the filling period,and no pipe plugging occurred during the filling period;The strength of test block in laboratory test and industrial test meet the requirements of mine;Finally,compared with the cost of the pure cement system used in the mine,the economic analysis is carried out,saving about 40% of the cost.
