Nano-technology has developed rapidly in the 21 st century.Nano-sized materials have many superior properties to traditional materials,such as surface and volume effects.The diameter of the fiber produced by traditional textile processing technology is almost over 10 microns.The introduction of nanotechnology into the traditional textile industry will certainly be able to produce high value-added functional textiles,to improve and promote the status quo and development of the textile industry.In this paper,we study and improve the preparation technology of Wet-electrospinning,aiming at high efficiency,low consumption,short process,and sustainable development.And discuss its performance and application potential.Firstly,the silver nanowires(Ag NWs)/polyurethanes(PU)conductive composite micro-nano fiber yarns(APYs)with high orientation,high flexibility,high durability,and high sensitivity were prepared in one step by using wet electrostatic spinning and Ag NWs dispersion atomization technology.The results show that the yarns' orientation is high and the silver nanowires are distributed inside and outside the yarns.The elongation at break of the yarn is 500%,the electrical conductivity is 0.4K?/cm,and the durability is excellent(the resistance change is stable after 200 cycles of tension).Besides,when the yarn is used as a body language monitor,it can reflect different resistance changes according to different facial expression changes and limb movements;In particular,when electric heating occurs,it responds quickly.Secondly,pure silk protein(SF)-based micro-nano fiber yarn with high degree of orientation was prepared recycled silk.The analysis shows that both pure SF and SF/Polycaprolactone(PCL)composite fiber yarns have degree of orientation,the higher the winding speed,the higher the yarns' orientation,the smaller the yarns' diameter.When the winding speed is 0.73 m/min,the maximum breaking elongation of SF yarns(36.5% in wet state)is obtained;Cell experiments showed that fiber yarns have good biocompatibility.In addition,the proportion of SF/PCL composite fiber yarn has obvious influence on the morphology of fiber.Especially,the higher the SF content,the more hydrophilic the yarn is,and the weaker the mechanical properties.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of nanofiber yarn can be improved by adding PCL.
