Flexible sensor is an electronic device which can monitor the changes of strain,temperature,ion strength,etc.,and can transform these changes into visible electrical signals.In recent years,flexible sensors are widely used in human-computer interaction,health monitoring,intelligent sensor and other fields.Because of its large modulus and low transparency,traditional semiconductor based flexible sensor is more and more difficult to meet the requirements of comfort and visualization.Ionic conductive elastomers represented by ionic conductive hydrogels and ionic conductive elastomers have high ductility,high conductivity,high adhesion and high biocompatibility.They have obvious advantages in the fabrication of flexible sensors.This paper mainly focuses on the following three aspects:1.Aiming at the problems of low resilience,low modulus and low self adherence in the existing ionic conductive hydrogel,inspired by the adhesion mechanism of mussel,a high toughness PDA-PAM-HEA hydrogel was designed,and the ionic conductivity of hydrogels was improved by introducing water absorbing salt lithium chloride.The prepared PDA-PAM-HEA ionic conductive hydrogel has high elongation at break(1000%),high tensile strength(300 KPa),high adhesion(20 KPa),high biocompatibility and good strain response property.Its application in flexible strain sensor can accurately identify the movement state of human body,and has great application potential in health monitoring,human-computer interaction and other fields.2.Aiming at the problems of environmental stability and poor humidity stability of existing ionic conductive hydrogels,a highly hydrophobic P(BA-co-HEA)elastomer was designed.The ionic conductivity of elastomers was promoted by introducing hydrophobic ionic liquid[EMIM][TFSI].The prepared P(BA co HEA)/[EMIM][TFSI]ionic conductive elastomer has high elongation at break(900%),high resilience and high ionic conductivity(1.85×10-4 S/cm),high visible light transmittance(>90%)and excellent temperature/humidity stability.When applied to flexible strain sensor and flexible temperature sensor,it can work in a very wide range of temperature and humidity.3.The flexible bioelectrical electrode was prepared from the above P(BA co HEA)/[EMIM][TFSI]ionic conductive projectile by using polytetrafluoroethylene mold.The electrode has low contact resistance,small and stable polarization voltage,and can monitor human ECG signal in-20?environment.Its stability is better than that of commercial Ag/Ag Cl gel electrode.It is integrated with Arduino development board,AD8232 ECG module and HC-05 Bluetooth module to build a wearable Bluetooth ECG monitoring device.
