With the shortage of natural resources and serious environmental pollution,in recent years,as a renewable resource,biomass has gradually become a hot topic of attention in all walks of life due to its characteristics of carbon neutrality,renewability and low pollution.Combining biomass(waste)with coal to produce biomass briquette can effectively solve the biomass resource wasting and environmental pollution.In this study,based on the review of the research status at home and abroad,mushroom dreg briquettes were prepared by mixing edible mushroom dreg with different coals,and adding binders,smoke suppressants,combustion promoters and other additives.The quality indicators and combustion performance of the mushroom dreg briquette were evaluated.An industrialized production design of the mushroom dreg briquette was carried out.The specific content is as follows:1.Mushroom dreg briquette was prepared with cold press molding technology by using edible mushroom dreg and anthracite as raw materials,guar gum-red clay as binder,ammonium polyphosphate-magnesium hydroxide as smoke suppressant,benzoic acid-polyethylene glycol 600 as combustion promoter agent,and the physical and chemical indicators of briquette were analyzed.Compressive strength,smoke density,TG-DTG and other tests were used to explore the binding performance and combustion performance of mushroom dreg briquette.When the mixing ration of mushroom dreg and anthracite coal is 1:2(wt),guar gum mixed with red clay at a mass ratio of 3:1(wt),and the addition amount is 15%,the compressive strength of briquette is 298 N/cm2;the mixing ration of ammonium polyphosphate and magnesium hydroxide is 1:3(wt),the addition amount is 15%,the smoke density of the briquette is 34.9;benzoic acid mixed with polyethylene glycol 600 at a mass ratio of 1.2:1.0(wt),the addition amount is 16%,the calorific value of the briquette is 21.87 MJ/kg,ignition temperature is 510 K,burning temperature is 862 K,comprehensive combustion index,combustion stability index and burning characteristic index are 4.07×10-10%2·min-2·K-3,2.31×10-7%·min-1·K-2,7.57%2·min-1.Compared with the briquette without additives,its cohesiveness and combustion performance are effectively improved.2.Mushroom dreg/high-sulfur coal briquettel was prepared by using mushroom dreg and high-sulfur coal as raw materials,and calcium magnesium acetate-red clay as sulfur-fixing agent,the effect of the addition ratio and amount of sulfur-fixing agent on the sulfur-fixing efficiency of mushroom dreg/high-sulfur briquettel was evaluated.When the mass ratio of calcium magnesium acetate to red clay is 5:1 and the addition amount is 8 wt%,the sulfur fixation rate is 84.6%.The sulfur fixation mechanism of the sulfur-fixing agent was explored by the methods of scanning electron microscope(SEM),N2adsorption and desorption and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It was found that the calcium and magnesium acetate is loose and porous,uniformly distributed,and has a large specific surface area after being calcined at high temperature.After being compounded with red clay,it generates more stable sulfur-containing compounds during combustion,which further improves the efficiency of sulfur-fixing agent.3.According to the briquette formula obtained above,a briquette production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons was designed.The design of process flow,material balance,equipment selection,workshop layout,plant layout and others was carried out,which provides a reference basis for enterprise production.
