The eccentric wear of rod and tube is an important problem in the production practice of pumping wells,and as the oil field gradually enters the middle and high water cut stage,it becomes increasingly prominent.In recent years,the average number of pump checks in Erlian Oilfield due to rod and pipe eccentric wear and leakage is 120 times a year,accounting for about 31.3% of the total number of pump checks in that year.It seriously restricted the machine production index and economic benefit of the oilfield.In view of the serious eccentric wear of Erlian oil well and the short period of pump inspection,this paper synthetically predicts and prevents the eccentric wear of rod and tube in the study area from various dynamic and static data,such as the record of workover and pump inspection,well deviation data,geological data,daily production data and so on,combined with theoretical analysis,computer program development,field test and so on.Through force analysis of rod string in well,the force analysis model of rod string is perfected,and it is clear that the main cause of rod and tube eccentric wear in this area is large well deviation and unreasonable production parameters.The typical working condition sample base is established,and the digital indicator diagram platform is redeveloped by using decision tree algorithm and Three-dimensional power map superposition visualization technology.The diagnosis and prediction platform of eccentric wear of rod and tube in Erlian oilfield is established,which improves the accuracy of well bore condition diagnosis and the timeliness of rod and tube eccentric wear treatment.Aiming at the influence of well trajectory,on the basis of accurately measuring downhole stress,the weighted and centralized model is improved and perfected,which provides guidance for weighted adjustment of downhole rod and tube.An eccentric wellhead rotating device is developed,which can effectively solve the problem of one-sided eccentric wear by rotating the wellhead periodically,and reduce the workload of wellhead debugging and pump inspection.Aiming at the influence of production parameters,the intelligent transmission device of pumping unit is studied,which effectively solves the problem of eccentric wear of rod and tube caused by fluid production fluctuation,low production and low efficiency of pumping well.Ultra-high molecular lining oil tubes and hollow rod double plunger washing pump were developed to reduce the influence of complex wellbore environment on rod and tube corrosion and eccentric wear.At present,600 wells had been used the diagnosis and prediction platform of eccentric wear of rod and pipe.The accumulative warning time was 6779 wells.The accuracy rate was 96.8%.The number of pump testing wells was reduced by 51 wells,the loss of oil production was reduced by 735 tons,and the electricity cost was saved by 1313,000 yuan.The series of rod and tube eccentric wear prevention technologies were applied in 139 wells,and the average pump inspection period was lengthened by 143 days.The total economic benefit was 16.12 million yuan.This study provides a strong support for the prevention and treatment of eccentric wear in Erlian oilfield,and has great popularization and application value.
