At present,Shengli Oilfield and even Sinopec all have adopted Q/SH1020 2093-2013?Measurement Method of Organochlorine Content in Oilfield Chemical Agents?,namely‘Oxygen Combustion-Microcoulomb Method' for the detection of organochlorine in oilfield chemicals. The method is suitable for the detection of organochlorine content of various oil-soluble chemicals, and the accuracy of the result is controlled at 0.0%.However,this method also has many defects, such as low automation level, complicated steps, and many human factors affecting the results.More importantly,it is difficult to obtain accurate detection results for water-soluble high-content inorganic chlorinating chemicals, heterogeneous liquids, organic gels and solid chemicals by this method. Therefore, there are some blind spots in the monitoring of oilfield chemical agents, which makes it difficult to accurately detect and comprehensively monitor the organochlorine in oilfield chemicals. There is an urgent need for a method to direct qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic chlorides. This paper aims to establish a screening and analysis method for organic chlorides in oilfield chemical auxiliaries. On this basis, qualitative and quantitative analysis of organic chlorides is realized. At present, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is the only tool that can achieve the separation and structure identification of target compounds in complex samples. In this study, solvent extraction technology(including ultrasonic liquid-liquid extraction and Soxhlet extraction)is used for extraction and enrichment of organic chemicals in different oilfields, and then the non-qualitative screening of organic chloride was carried out by full two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled with time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The possible organic chlorides were identified qualitatively and the spectral database of organic chlorine was self-built among the oilfield chemical auxiliaries. On this basis,a quantitative analysis method for determination of various organic chlorides in oilfield chemical auxiliaries simultaneously was established by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry/ECD and it can be applied to the detection of actual samples. This method greatly improves the accuracy and application range of the organochlorine detection, and realizes the efficient, accurate and comprehensive detection and control of the organic chlorine content in the oilfield chemical agent. This research has certain guiding significance for use and production processing of the raw material in oilfield chemical additives industry, and also promotes the detection and analysis technology of organic chloride in chemical additives even in crude oil products.
