Supramolecular polymer is a new type of polymer that uses the non-covalent force between molecules to self-assemble the host and guest, and has the advantages of self-healing and self-adaptation.However,the important macrocyclic host for the construction of supramolecular polymers, pillar[n]arenes, due to its excellent properties such as strong rigidity,electron-rich cavity, and easy modification, which can provide broader application prospects for supramolecular host-guest self-assembly.At present, most of the reports on the application of supramolecular polymers in the separation and adsorption of toxic anions, cations and amino acids have the problems of weak specificity and low sensitivity. In this paper,we synthesized by reasonable designed p-hthalimide functionalized pillar[5]arenes(PM),rhodamine lactam functionalized pillar[5]arenes(RP5)and terephthaloyl hydrazone functionalized pillar[5]arenes(BP)as host, and the tripod pyridine amide compound(TH)and tetrapyridine derivative(K)are used as guest, the host and guest self-assemble through a variety of weak interaction forces to form supramolecular polymers, and apply these supramolecular polymers to the specific, highly sensitive detection of toxic anions, cations and amino acids. The experimental results showed that, firstly, the supramolecular polymer gel PT-G was successfully constructed by?-?interaction and host-guest interaction between host PM and guest TH.At the same time,we reasonably introduced Eu3+and Tb3+into the supramolecular polymer gel,and obtained two non-fluorescent rare earth metals gel(PT-GEu and PT-GTb)that can detect and separate CN-and Cl O4-with selectively and sensitively. Then,a new type of rhodamine-based supramolecular polymer gel RT-G was constructed from the host RP5 and the guest TH,which can achieve ultra-sensitive detection of Cu2+in aqueous solution. Finally, the linear supramolecular polymer BPK is formed by combining the host BP and guest K through intermolecular hydrogen bonds and?-?interactions and other non-covalent bonding forces, and can specifically detect L-Arg.In summary, the research content of this paper not only provides a new strategy for identifying molecules and ions with high sensitivity and selectivity, but also provides new ideas for the development of new multifunctional supramolecular polymers.
