Research And Application Of SAGD Injection-production And Matching Technology In Du 84 Block

As the main block of SAGD technology application in Liaohe Oilfield,the number of SAGD wells in Du 84 block is increasing by years.The steam injection wells still have problems in uneven steam injection in traditional method and local unevenness in the horizontal well section causes the uneven use of the horizontal well section.The problems of production wells include high-temperature and large-displacement pumps depend on imports and production costs are extremely high.Therefore,there is necessary to study SAGD injection-production matching technology to reduce the cost,and lay the foundation for the low-cost and efficient implementation of SAGD technology in Liaohe Oilfield in future.SAGD steam injection and lifting technology was studied according to the characteristics of Du 84 reservoirs respectively.Relying on the steam injection pipe column and the technical principle,completion of the supporting processes of the pipe-less tubing and working tools,the steam injection well head,the equal steam quality distribution device,and the steam injection packer,forming the SAGD double pipe steam injection technology and calculation method of double pipe steam injection related parameters.Based on the working principle of high-temperature large-displacement pump and downhole working conditions,core technologies like SAGD high-temperature large pump structure,rod-column disengagement technology,anti-wear and anti-offset were carried out,then SAGD high-temperature large pump lifting technology was formed.Currently,SAGD injection-production supporting technology has been applied on-site with perfect effect,as the main technology of SAGD production,its application will be promoted and enlarged forward.
