This paper mainly establishes and studies the P-F Am Joint Safety Analysis Model(P-F Am)which is a safety engineering process hazard assessment method.By studying the analysis process and results of Preliminary Hazard Analysis(PHA)and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis(FMEA),the model combines the advantages and disadvantages of the two safety assessment methods and establishes a large-scale production facility based on complexity.A combined analysis model for major hazard assessment and safety countermeasures is presented.Through the analysis and in-depth study of P-F Am joint safety analysis model,the process of hazard source safety analysis for heavy oil catalytic cracking and gas fractionation unit was optimized.The optimization results were compared with PHA and FMEA analysis methods,and the advantages of P-F Am joint safety analysis model were studied.It was proved that P-F Am combined safety analysis model had great complexity.The safety evaluation and analysis of type I production equipment has good adaptability,universality and generality,and should be emphasized.The first chapter of this paper mainly describes what is the safety engineering process analysis method and its classification,emphatically introduces the PHA analysis method and FMEA analysis method,comprehensively expounds the historical development,operation principle,process and method characteristics,and introduces the basic situation of the large-scale production equipment designed by the actual operation of the article.In the second chapter of this paper,the process and results of safety analysis of heavy oil catalytic cracking and gas fractionation units are mainly studied by using PHA analysis method only.The analysis results are processed and studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of this method are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the establishment of a new model.Chapter 3 of this paper mainly studies FMEA analysis method and safety analysis of heavy oil catalytic cracking and gas fractionation unit only by using this method,and the results are analyzed.It's possible that comparing the results of the analysis with the conclusions of PHA analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of these two analysis methods on large-scale complex production equipment are elaborated,and the design concept of combining PHA analysis method with Chapter 2 is put forward,which can enhance the advantages and avoid the disadvantages.A new integrated safety analysis method for large-scale complex production equipment is developed.Last chapter of this paper focuses on the application and data research of the new P-F Am joint security analysis model based on PHA analysis and FMEA analysis.This chapter makes a systematic study on the practical application of the model,and proves that the analysis model has a strong pertinence to the safety analysis of large-scale complex production equipment.It can extract the local components of high-risk equipment separately for further inspection.The key screening effect is higher,and the improvement measures are put forward.And more precise.It has the value of popularization and application.
