Evaluation Of Displacement Effect Of Heavy Oil Reservoir Injecting New Type Of High Efficiency Displacement Agent

Shangdian Oilfield lies in the western edge area of Dongying sag.Shang Er Block is an ordinary heavy oil reservoir,lying in the north-west of Shangdian Oilfield.Shang Er Block of Shangdian Oilfield has witnessed natural energy development,injection development,thermal recovery test etc,but has not received satisfactory results.There were precedents that chemical flooding system adapted to ordinary heavy oil reservoir,so it is necessary to experiment on chemical flooding method,which has significance of exploiting Shang Er Block or similar block.This project measured the basic physical properties and chemical component of Shang Er Block crude oil and evaluated the adaptation of high efficiency surfactant and Shang Er Block crude oil through experiment.The project has also found out a new type of high efficiency agent system.A testing well group was chosen to make use of the system,and the effect of the system was also evaluated.It could be concluded that Shang Er Block crude oil is a kind of ordinary oil with relatively high contents of resin and high acid value.The new type of high efficiency surfactant was well-adapted to Shang Er Block crude oil,and the emulsification capacity was better with SLDS compounded with SLBN.The system could not only get better emulsification capacity,but also reach ultra-low interfacial tension with SLDS compounded with SLBN and SLSN.Both of the new type of high efficiency agent system and polymer had better displacement effect in core flooding experiment.A further research found out that the new type of high efficiency agent system compounded with polymer had the best displacement effect,and the system was identified as the field test injection system.The system applied to Shang Er Block,and the major development index of the testing well-group has improved,illustrating that the system could transform the development mode of Shang Er Block as well as advance the high efficiency and sustainable development of Shang Er Block.
