For the water flooding development oilfield,the separate layer water injection technology is an important means to release the cross layer contradiction and improve the regulation capacity of layers,which involves separate layer water injection technology and separate layer measurement and adjustment technology.The separate layer water injection technology directly influences the overall development performance of water flooding development.As the Huabei Oilfield continues to enhance the development of the separate layer water injection,the requirements of the separate layer water injection technology for multistage fine separate layer water injection are constantly increasing,and more and more attention is paid to the effectiveness and safety of the technology.To address the adaptability of the current separate layer water injection technology to flooded zone interbedded with thin seal layer,the integrated sealing,distributing,measurement and adjustment technology is formed by studying high-efficiency integrated packer and water distributor supported with the bridge-type concentric separate layer water injection technology.To address the failure of the separate layer water injection string,the failure behavior of rubber element and metal material are first studied.The computer simulation and physical simulation are used to simulate the metal and rubber elements of the packer under various working conditions.The mechanical and chemical test analyses are then carried out to verify the failure mechanism of the downhole tool.The rubber element and metal material selection plate is established.A three-dimensional model of wellbore and string of separate layer water injection is constructed to build the three-dimensional mechanical model.The dynamic mechanical behavior of the separate layer water injection string is systematically analyzed to identify the failure behavior of the string.Based on the research effort,the methods for the effective period prediction and abnormal condition diagnostic method for the separate layer water injection string are proposed.The three-dimensional simulation and effective period prediction software for separate layer water injection string is developed,which could provide scientific bases for the configuration of the water injection string and the production parameters,and assist for on-site technicians and managers.The developed technology is of great practical significance to improve the efficiency of separate layer water injection,ensure the safe and smooth operation of downhole operations,and improve the effective period of separate layer water injection.
