Research On Performance Evaluation Of Corporate Social Responsibility Of CNPC

While pursuing economic interests,enterprises should not neglect the corporate social responsibility(CSR).CSR can help improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.As an important organization of providing economic production and materials for people's lives,petroleum and petrochemical enterprises should bear corresponding social responsibilities while pursuing economic benefits.Combining the characteristics of petroleum and petrochemical industry,constructing the social responsibility performance evaluation system of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,and scientifically evaluating the performance of CSR can help the evaluated enterprises to grasp the performance of social responsibility,analyze existing problems,and then develop targeted social responsibility performance improving measures.This paper takes CNPC's social responsibility performance evaluation as the research object.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing the previous research results,it defined the content and scope of petroleum and petrochemical enterprise social responsibility;constructed the CSR performance evaluation index system of CNPC;built a CSR performance evaluation model based on RAM-DEA,and analyzed the social responsibility performance of each dimension;conducted horizontal analysis of CSR performance evaluation for 13 multinational oil companies,and conducted a longitudinal evaluation of the performance of CNPC's social responsibility performance in 2008-2017.The results show that the performance level of social responsibility of CNPC is low,and proposed suggestions for improving the performance level of CNPC's social responsibility.
