Chen Jiazhuang Oil field has thin oil layers,high-viscosity oil(varies from 10000-30000 m Pa·s)and has stepped into an late period of development.Nowadays most of steam stimulation wells are facing the situation that formation pressure is too low to drive oil;yield reduction is high and f watercut rises fast.All of above makes the development for oil field is difficult.To exploit oil field effectively,13 wells which can represent steam stimulation wells in Chen 373 block was selected by analyzing the data of Chen Jiazhuang Oil field and 7 geologic models were built to simulate the wells' production,which includes 373 well group model,373 single well model 373 horizon well model and 371 single well model.History matching was done and the error of it was less than 10%.Aiming to find suitable development mode for each well,12 wells' 15 cycles production simulation was done to analyze the law of ‘Three Field''s development regular,which shows that the heat radius doesn't increase or formation pressure is too low for production when the number of stimulation cycles is too high,leading to the drainage radius' no growth.According to the analysis result,well CJC26-X58 and well CJC28-X58 were chosen to inject steam with nitrogen,and well CJC31-X57 and well CJC371-P2 were chosen to inject steam with CO2 and viscosity breaker.To provide specific guidance for wells' production,12 wells' injection parameters sensitive analysis was done to select sensitive parameters for accurate optimization according to the each well's technique and then well injection parameter optimization was done by orthogonal design and production simulation to get the best oil production result or most NPV in an single cycle.There was 8 wells' parameter optimization applied for production,and other 4 wells' models used the actual parameters to simulate production,of which result is 5% deviated to the actual production.This study has much value in guiding on-site production.
