Because of its low density,good specific strength,good machinability and corrosion resistance,aluminum alloy has become the main application material in the field of machinery manufacturing and transportation.Because of its excellent machinability,1060 aluminum alloy is processed into sheet metal,bar material and extrusion pipe,which are widely used in building exterior decoration,automobile manufacturing,household appliance manufacturing and other fields that require high formability but not high strength.As a secondary processing method,hot extrusion technology can effectively improve its formabilityAt present,there are few researches on hot extrusion of 1060 aluminum alloy in China.The high temperature deformation performance,mechanism and application of the alloy are still to be studied.The purpose of this paper is to study the microstructure and mechanical properties of AA1060 after high temperature plastic deformation and reveal the internal relationship through forward hot extrusion experiment,so as to provide experimental basis and theoretical basis for the setting of AA1060 hot extrusion process parameters,microstructure and performance control of materials.This paper according to the aluminum/aluminum alloy hot working Fig.to choose two hot extrusion temperature of 470? and 500? and 10mm/s of the extrusion speed,by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron back scattering diffraction test results with electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)characterized by technical means such as AA1060 after hot extrusion microstructure morphology and characteristics of using Vickers hardness and uniaxial tensile test at room temperature mechanical properties after the AA1060 hot extrusion is analyzed,and through the Hall-Petch formula to establish the microstructure and mechanical properties of inner link.Finally,the influence of texture on AA1060 mechanical properties was qualitatively analyzed by VPSC simulation.The experimental results show that continuous dynamic recrystallization is the main softening mechanism for plastic deformation at 470?,and dynamic recovery is the main softening mechanism for plastic deformation at 500?.The mechanical properties of 470? hot extrusion are better than that of 500? hot extrusion.The results of VPSC simulation show that the texture has a greater influence on the anisotropy of mechanical properties at 500?.
