Table grape is a non-climacteric fruit prone to postharvest loss,such as berry abscission,rachis browning,fungus infection,and so on.Conventional preservation technologies use modified atmosphere storage,preservative preservation and ice temperature storage.Water loss,threshing,rotten,dry stem and other problems occurs during storage in ‘Zuijinxiang'grape.In particular,the grape stem brown reduces the quality of fresh grapes and commodity value.In this study,the relationship between the method and the storage performance and fruit quality was determined by the method of water supplement of panicle.It provided theoretical basis and technical support for prolonging the shelf life of grape and maintaining the quality of fruit.In this experiment,the 'Zuijinxiang' grape planted in Shanghai was used as the test material,and the stalk of 'Zuijinxiang' grape was supplied with water to the stalk with a 0.4mm diameter fresh-keeping tube.The grapes were stored at 4? and 25? respectively,and the untreated'Zuijinxiang' grape was used as the control.The effects of water supply from on postharvest physiology and storage process of 'Zuijinxiang' grape were studied by using appearance record,decay rate,threshing rate,stem browning index,weight loss rate,fruit quality,stem pulling force,related activity,flavonoid content and total phenol content as test indexes.The main experimental results are as follows:1.The results showed that the treatment of stemmed supplement water had different effects on the storage performance and fruit quality of'Zuijinxiang' grape.Peduncle water supplement delayed the browning of rachis,slowed down the decrease of fruit hardness,stem force resistance,weight loss rate,titratable acid,ascorbic acid,flavonoids and total phenol content,kept high content of soluble solids,and etc.And then prolonged the storage period.2.The treatment of peduncle water supply could inhibit the activity of PPO and pod,so as to delay the rise of malondialdehyde,relative permeability of fruit cell membrane and pH value,effectively delayed the deterioration of 'Zuijingxiang' grape,and improved the rate of commercial fruit during storage.3.The treatment of peduncle water supplement of 'Zuijinxiang' grape could effectively slow down the softening,decay and threshing of the fruit and maintain the comprehensive quality of the fruit.
