| Carboxylic acid ligands have abundant coordination modes,and can react with transition metals and rare earth metals to construct coordination polymers with varied frameworks.It is a hot research field in the synthesis of new magnetic materials,luminescent materials and catalysts based on carboxylic acid ligands.In this article,by Mn2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Cd2+ions of reactions with flexible carboxylate ligand H2mba and auxiliary ligand 2,2'-bipy,4,4'-bipy and phen,in solvothermal condition,nine metal organic coordination polymers have been synthesized.Their molecular formulas are as follows:complex 1{Zn0.5(mba)0.5(2,2'-bipy)0.5·0.5C2H5OH}ncomplex 2{Zn(mba)(phen)}ncomplex 3{Cd0.5(mba)0.5(2,2-bipy)0.5·0.5DMF}ncomplex 4{Co0.5(mba)0.5(phen)0.5}ncomplex 5{Cd2(mba)2(phen)2·0.5H2O}ncomplex 6{Mn2(mba)2(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)·0.8DMF}ncomplex 7{Zn2(mba)2(4,4'-bipy)·0.5DMF}ncomplex 8{Co(mba)(4,4'-bipy)·0.5DMF·0.5H2O}ncomplex 9{Zn Co(mba)2(4,4'-bipy)·0.5DMF}nThese coordination polymers are characterized by x-ray single crystal diffraction,IR spectra,TGA,and x-ray powder diffraction.Complex 1-5 show 1D chain structures and complex 7,9 show 2D layer structures and complex 6,8 show 3D net structure.By comparing different reaction conditions and products,it has been found that the reaction temperature,auxiliary ligand and coordination mode of the flexible carboxylate ligands can control the structures of coordination polymers.There are?-?stacking interactions in the coordination polymers 1-5.The magnetism of coordination polymer 6 has been studied.It is found that there is antiferromagnetic interaction between the metal ions of complex 6. |
