Electron beam fuse additive technology is a technology that USES electron beam as heat source and welding wire as additive material to realize rapid free forming of 3d solid.This topic experiment mainly combined with natural shell material Gao Qiangren unique microstructure characteristics,high impact,explore "mud brick-" high impact structure and its manufacturing technology,study of TC4 and TA2 organization characteristics of two kinds of different material mixing interface,to explore the mechanical properties of simple and complex mixed structure,and impact on the mechanical properties of structure elements,the light integration,high impact the bionic "shell" structure design method and manufacturing process research has important significance.Firstly,based on the basic forming technology of TC4 hard material,the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of structural parts prepared by electron beam fuse additive was studied,Many columnar crystals growing through several sedimentary layers can be observed in the microstructure,and different thermal processes have great influence on the microstructure.The microstructure of tensile and impact fracture was analyzed.Further study was made on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a simple interleaved composite laminated structural part formed by the addition of TA2 soft material.Through the analysis of fracture morphology,it was found that the addition of TA2 caused the structural part to have crack deflection and fiber pulling out toughening mechanism.Finally,the experimental results of simple interleaved composite laminated structural parts are analyzed,the complex preparation of bionic shells "-mud brick structure,analyzes its mechanical properties,compared to pure TC4 material preparation of simple structure and mixed structure,draw the conclusion: under the same material,the structural elements have a decisive role on mechanical properties," mud brick-"significantly enhance structure of shock resistance,tensile strength small amplitude decreases.
