In order to realize the large range of smooth torque and high efficiency of the top drive system,a new type of hybrid permanent magnet memory machine(HPM-MM)is introduced.Based on the mathematical model of hybrid permanent magnet memory machine,this thesis studies two important parts of the motor control: rotor flux observation and control strategy combined with magnetization state.The main research contents are as follows(1)Based on the analysis of the traditional memory motor topology and related control strategies,the structure and magnetic adjustment mechanism of HPM-MM motor studied in this thesis are introduced,and the mathematical model of HPM-MM in three-phase stationary coordinate system and two-phase dq rotating coordinate system is deduced,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research of hybrid permanent magnet memory motor.(2)ALNE adaptive flux observer.To solve the problem that PI adaptive rate can't be corrected online in traditional adaptive algorithm,this thesis proposes an adaptive linear neural element(ALNE)permanent magnet flux observer which can adjust the weight online.Simulation results show that ALNE adaptive algorithm is superior to traditional adaptive algorithm in speed and stability.(3)STA sliding mode flux observer.In view of the large chattering and poor observation accuracy of traditional sliding mode observation,this thesis designs a super twisting algorithm(STA)sliding mode permanent magnet flux observer based on q axis,and compares it with the traditional exponential sliding mode.The simulation results show that the convergence speed and observation accurac y of STA flux observer are higher than those of traditional sliding mode observer.(4)According to the mapping relationship between different speed intervals and the charging / demagnetizing state of low coercivity permanent magnet,an optimal torque control strategy combined with partition control is proposed within the allowable range of stator voltage and cur rent.In order to improve the control performance of the whole system,the engineering design method is used to design the PI regulator of current loop,speed loop and flux regulating winding.The simulation results show that the control method effectively avoids the influence of motor parameters on the optimal torque output point,and achieves the maximum torque output of HPM-MM in the full speed range.At the same time,this method also reduces the copper consumption of the motor and improves the effici ency of the whole motor control system.The method proposed in this thesis realizes the ability of high torque output and weak magnetic speed expansion of hybrid permanent magnet memory motor,which provides some reference significance for further research of hybrid permanent magnet memory motor.
