The rapid development of Chinese industry for decades can not be separated from the coal industry's continuous energy supply,the role of conveyor transport aircraft in coal enterprises can not be ignored,once the conveyor belt failure will have a serious impact on the entire mining and transportation work and the safety of staff life.The main fault when the conveyor transporter is running is the conveyor belt fault,if not handled in time may lead to a chain safety accident,so for the conveyor belt fault detection has been the focus of transport aircraft maintenance.The main work of this study is as follows: First of all,the conveyor belt health and operating environment for investigation and research,found that Chinese current mode of transport operation and maintenance mainly rely on manual inspection methods,mainly due to the complexity of the coal mine environment,speciality,to the maintenance and maintenance of equipment has brought great inconvenience.At the same time,the image processing technology and computer monitoring system are investigated,and it is found that the design of the whole site unmanned monitoring system has great enforceability,and then put forward the design needs of the monitoring system.After the design requirements analysis,the whole monitoring system is designed,and we divide the system into hardware system and software system.Hardware system design includes the overall hardware equipment frame installation and selection,including the acquisition of cameras,upper computer and other equipment.The software system design includes image processing and monitoring interface design and human-machine interaction,in which image processing implementation includes tear image detection,foreign object recognition monitoring and offset prediction,and through a certain amount of verification tests,the accuracy of the results are more than 90%,indicating that this algorithm can meet the design needs.However,due to the lack of obvious parameter characteristics in iron in the design of foreign object identification classification,there are still problems that lead to the low accuracy of the classification of steel and iron plate.Finally,the monitoring screen we use GUI interface design,human-machine interaction implementation is through the monitoring screen button to achieve remote simple control of the operation of the transporter,control communication between the devices is based on OPC technology.The whole system design includes hardware system and software system,which can realize the main purpose of design requirements by running the test,and provide a more convenient reference for monitoring the operation status of the conveyor belt.
