Due to the complexity and diversity of stress failure in staggered roadway,this paper takes the surrounding rock conditions and roadway engineering in the third panel of Buertai mine as the background,studies the stress disturbance law,failure characteristics and control methods of surrounding rock in close distance staggered roadway,establishes numerical simulation analysis,summarizes the stress,deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock in staggered roadway,establishes the stress model of rock mass between roadways,and analyzes the failure mechanism of rock mass between roadways The research scheme is as follows.Based on the actual engineering geological data and the establishment of simulation experiment,it is concluded that the complex stress disturbance of surrounding rock in the short-distance staggered roadway is caused by the stress superposition of the staggered layout of the roadway,the stress concentration leads to the deterioration of the stress environment of the rock mass between the roadways,and the serious damage,and the staggered layout leads to the increase of the displacement of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Combined with the simulation experiment and theoretical analysis,the evolution of the plastic failure zone of the rock mass fracture between the roadways is obtained According to the theoretical analysis and further simulation experiments,the factors that affect the stability of the staggered roadway are obtained.Under the condition of not changing the roadway layout,increasing the roadway spacing and making the staggered angle orthogonal can alleviate the influence of the staggered roadway disturbance,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the staggered roadway layout It is concluded that the bearing capacity of surrounding rock between roadways is weakened,the rock between roadways is subject to plane clamping force,and the plastic damage of rock between roadways is serious.However,there are horizontal stress relaxation and vertical stress superposition at the interface between rock mass and surrounding rock mass,the rock mass between roadways has the characteristics of overall sliding and instability,and the loadbearing effect of roadway under staggered roadway is intensified.Combined with the above surrounding rock stress,failure characteristics and theoretical induction,the preliminary control method of staggered roadway is obtained,and the control scheme optimization is put forward through simulation experiment verification The simple anchorage support is not enough to control the complex surrounding rock failure of the staggered roadway.Further increasing the passive support means can effectively inhibit the occurrence of rock sliding instability between the roadways and the strengthening of the bearing effect of the lower roadway,and effectively improve the surrounding rock stress environment.Based on this,the combined support control scheme of the staggered roadway is obtained.The research and industrial test results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the three panel transfer yard in Buertai is generally controlled below 30 mm,the joint action of the surrounding rock and the supporting body is good,the stiffness of the surrounding rock and the supporting body is suitable,the stability of the surrounding rock is improved,and the control scheme meets the production demand.
