The working environment of an oil platform is very harsh.Various oil and gas process equipment and pipelines installed on the deck are prone to oil and gas leakage accidents,which in turn cause fires and explosions,causing serious economic losses and casualties.Based on the above characteristics,the electrical equipment room is the control center of the electrical equipment of the offshore platform.During the gas extraction and processing process,the overall production process needs to be controlled and monitored.If an explosion happens,it can cause severe economic loss and death.Therefore,it's very important to analyze the characteristics of gas explosion and dynamic response between electrical control room in offshore platforms.Based on the above research objectives,this paper first analyzes the gas explosion load.The in-depth study of the characteristics of the gas explosion load from three aspects: the cause of the gas explosion,the physical mechanism of the gas explosion,and the explosion pressure.Then the gas leakage process and the gas explosion process of the upper process module of the oil platform are simulated and analyzed.The influence of fire source location and gas volume on the characteristics of gas explosion load was analyzed.Analyze the design principles of the electrical control room of the offshore platform and the way of force transmission.And building a three-dimensional model of the electrical room on Solid Works software.Then processing numerical model of electrical control room in Hyper Mesh software.Finally,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software was used to analyze the overall dynamic response of the electrical control room under the effect of gas explosion loads.During the explosion analysis,the explosion shock wave curve was applied as an explosion load to the electrical control room.The electrical control room is analyzed,and the characteristics of the entire electrical control room under the action of the explosion load are obtained.Finally,based on the results of ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation analysis,this paper optimizes the structure of the weak parts between appliances.By analyzing and comparing the number,arrangement,and size of electrical control outdoor walls and beams and columns,the influence factors of the above factors on the anti-explosion performance of the electrical control room are obtained,and based on this,the electrical control room is optimized to provide oil platform electrical appliances.Finally,based on the results of ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation analysis,this paper optimizes the structure of the weak parts between appliances.By analyzing and comparing the quantity,arrangement and size of outdoor walls and beams and columns controlled by electrical appliances,the influence of the above factors on the explosion-proof performance of electrical control rooms is obtained.And based on the result to optimize the electrical control room.Finally,t providing a reference for the anti-explosion protection design of the oil platform electrical control room.
