Research On Integrity Management Evaluation Of Offshore Fixed Platform

The construction cost and the operational risk of offshore fixed platform is high.Carrying out integrity management evaluation to continuously improve its integrity management level can effectively reduce the cost and operational risk,which is of great significance to improve the economic benefits and anti-risk ability of enterprises.Firstly,based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the initial evaluation index system of integrity management.Through expert interviews,the initial evaluation index system is supplemented,clustered and refined,and the evaluation index set of offshore fixed platform integrity management is obtained.Through the way of questionnaire,the importance of each evaluation index is analyzed,and the final evaluation index system of offshore fixed platform integrity management is determined according to the importance of each index.Secondly,in view of the particularity of offshore fixed platform,entropy weight method is selected as the evaluation method,and an evaluation model of offshore fixed platform integrity management based on entropy weight method is constructed.In order to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of calculation,an evaluation tool for offshore fixed platform integrity management is developed to improve the efficiency of subsequent evaluation.Finally,through the example,the results of evaluation model and evaluation tool calculation are analyzed and compared,and the performance of integrity management evaluation model is verified,at the same time,the effectiveness of development tools is ensured.The research methods,the establishment of evaluation model and the development of evaluation tools in this paper provide a model for the evaluation project of offshore fixed platform integrity management,which can provide reference for similar projects.
