Research On The Performance Of Oil-field Poverty Alleviation Projects In Dongying City

Based on poverty and poverty reduction performance evaluation related theory at home and abroad on the basis of literature review and study,in combination with poverty alleviation project in dongying city oil field-flower town wetland resort project as the main research object,through questionnaire survey,expert discussion and tentatively constructed with local characteristics of the poverty reduction performance evaluation index system,selection and guangrao county town poverty alleviation project officer for the performance evaluation,the evaluation of the research we found that the poverty alleviation projects exist the following disadvantages: 1.The oil lack of communication;2.There are loopholes and deficiencies in fund management;3.Unreasonable composition of personnel in poverty alleviation institutions and violation of relevant management regulations;4.Serious deficiency in vocational training;5.Weak awareness of environmental protection leads to water pollution.In view of the above problems,the corresponding performance improvement measures are proposed:1.We will give full play to the role of intermediaries and strengthen effective communication;2.Improve the supervision mechanism of poverty alleviation funds;3.Strengthen training for personnel of poverty alleviation institutions and increase punishment for disciplinary violations;4.Publicize the advantages of skill training and improve the participation in skill training;5.Crack down on behaviors that damage the environment.
