With the development of society, water borne pathogens have led to the death of tens of thousands of people around the world,of which E.coli is a common pathogen in water.Under certain conditions,it can cause gastrointestinal infection or urinary tract infection of people and many animals, threatening human health. In water quality monitoring,E.coli is often used as a representative to detect the degree of water pollution by human and animal feces and other excreta. However, traditional methods of water sterilization, such as chlorination, ozonation and ultraviolet irradiation, are facing some technical challenges.Nowadays, metal ions are commonly used to kill bacteria.Although silver, which is the most studied, has good effect,it is expensive and difficult to be popularized. In order to eliminate the outbreak of pathogenic bacteria in water,we fixed the transition metal such as iron, cobalt and so on with good antibacterial performance to the carbon material by chemical method instead of precious metals such as silver. The structure and performance of the material were characterized and analyzed by various detection methods. The antibacterial performance of the material was verified and the sterilization principle of the material was discussed. The specific contents are summarized as follows:In this study, carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite was prepared by pyrogenation with tetrasodium iminodisuccinate as carbon source, dispersant, iron cobalt chelator, cobalt nitrate and iron nitrate as iron source and cobalt source Good reproducibility. In this paper,Escherichia coli,a typical environmental microorganism, was used as the experimental strain to study the bactericidal properties of carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite. The results showed that the carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite had a high efficiency in the elimination of E.coli, and the removal rate of E.coli could reach more than 90% in 30 minutes. In addition,it was found that the increase of cobalt in the sterilization experiment of all kinds of carbon loaded metal fungicides could improve the sterilization effect. In addition, the antibacterial property of carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite had a great relationship with the sterilization time and material consumption. With the increase of material consumption and the extension of sterilization time, the sterilization rate gradually increased. In addition,we also tested the stability and reusability of the material by recycling and reusing the material to detect the change of its sterilization rate. This study also explored the influence of carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite on the physiological and biochemical indexes of E.coli.The content of superoxide dismutase and the production of malondialdehyde in the cells were detected. The results showed that the activity of superoxide dismutase in the cells was decreased and malondialdehyde was produced, which indicated that carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite could lead to It can cause cells to produce too many oxidants, which will make the oxidation and antioxidant status of bacteria cells out of balance, which will lead to the occurrence of oxidative stress. This result provides reference data for understanding the sterilization mechanism of carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite. This study not only provides a method for the synthesis of high efficient fungicides, but also promotes the development of cobalt iron alloy.Through continuous performance improvement,it is believed that carbon iron cobalt alloy / cobalt ferrite composite can play an important role in the field of environment.
