This paper chooses Quercus acutisssima shell produced in Yunnan Province as the research object to study the extraction and purification of the dye from Quercus acutisssima shell as well as its application in textiles.The results provide experimental reference for the industrialization and application of Quercus acutisssima.Firstly,The best extraction technology is:water as the extraction solvent,material-liquid ratio of 1:50 at 80?for 40 min.The extraction kinetics of Quercus acutissima shell was studied,and the results showed that the extraction of Quercus acutissima shell dye accorded with the second-order kinetic model.In order to meet the needs of industrial production,the pilot and large-scale tests are carried out for the extraction of Quercus acutisssima shell dye.The extraction rate of Quercus acutissima shell dye was 31%?32%,which provided a reference for the extraction and industrial production of Quercus acutissima shell dye.Secondly,the UV scanning spectrum and infrared spectrum of the color reaction of Quercus acutissima shell extract and standard tannin showed that the Quercus acutissima shell dye contains tannin substance.By comparing the static adsorption and desorption performance of six macroporous resins,D101 resin is selected to purify tannic acid in the Quercus acutissima shell dye.Through the isothermal adsorption experiment of D10l resin,the results showed that the adsorption process of tannic acid on D10l resin was more consistent with Freundlich equation.The results show that the adsorption process of D10l resin on tannic acid is more consistent with Freundlich equation and D10l resin is more favorable for the adsorption of tannic acid at 25?.The optimum technology of Quercus acutissima shell dye is determined by dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments:the maximum sample volume is60 m L,and the ethanol with 70%volume is used to elute Quercus acutissima shell,the maximum elution volume is 80 m L.Under the optimum conditions,the mass fraction of tannic acid in Quercus acutissima shell dye is increased from 16.44%to 36.67%after purification,and the purity is increased by 1.23 times,so the purification of tannin in Quercus acutissima shell dye is realized.The results show that D101 resin is effective for the purification of tamic acid in Quercus acutissima shell dye.Finally,the best dyeing process is obtained by optimizing the dyeing conditions of pure silk with Quercus acutissima shell dye:when the dyeing bathratio is 1:40.pH is controlled at 5-6,dyeing temperature is80?,dyeing time is 40min and the K/S value of the fabric is 3.56,the color fastness can reach Grade 4 or above.Thus,Quercus acutissima shell dye is a kind of dye with excellent color fastness.The test of ultraviolet resistance on silk dyed with Quercus acutissima shell dye shows that the UPF value of the dyed silk can reach 50+with sunscreen function.The antioxidant tests on the dye and the dyed silk show that the Quercus acutissima shell dye has excellent antioxidant capacity.With IC50 of 46.5(?)g/m L,the DPPH scavenging rate of the dye can still reach more than 50% after 10 times of washing.The antibacterial tests show that Quercus acutissima shell dye the minimum inhibitory concentration against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans is 1000(?)g/ml.The antibacterial rates of silk fabric dyed with Quercus acutissima shell dye against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans reach 79.62%and 71.33% respectively,the width of antibacterial circle is about 0-l mm,which meets the antibacterial standard.
