With the development of modern economy, energy and environmental protection have become two major themes.Demand of petroleum products has increased dramatically which has caused a shortage of resources and environmental pollution. In order to reduce pollution to a certain extent and save non-renewable energy, research on the industrial catalyst for efficiently converting a wide range of complex crude oils into high-quality and high-utilization oil products have become hot spot.Hydrogen isomerization,as a simple and industrially-available method for improving oil conversion to obtain high-quality oil,has received more and more attention. In this paper,high-purity SAPO-31 molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The effects of different hydrothermal crystallization time, hydrothermal temperature, roasting temperature on SAPO-31 were explored.Mo/SAPO-31 catalyst with different contents was synthesized by the same volume impregnation method.XRD,SEM,N2 physical adsorption,NH3-TPD and other characterization methods were used to characterize the synthesized catalysts. The performance of catalysts for isomerization of n-hexane of n-alkanes was tested at a fixed-bed reactor. The structure-activity relationship between the selectivity and the conversion rate of the catalyst was maintained while maintaining good catalytic activity during the hydroisomerization reaction. The results show that the conversion of multistage porous SAPO-31 catalyst with 1wt.% Mo content reaches the highest(80.2%) at 260 ?.Under the same conditions, when the reaction temperature is 230?,the selectivity reaches the highest(86.1%)under the load of 0.5wt.% Mo.
