Explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow assumes a very important role in the auxiliary transportation of modern coal mines and is widely used in coal mines.Due to its complex structure and the harsh environment of underground coal mines,there are many unstable factors,which make the failure rate of trackless rubber wheelbarrow higher.To ensure the safe operation of the vehicle underground,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the fault diagnosis of explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow to reduce the occurrence of vehicle faults and improve the operational stability of the vehicle.This paper takes the explosion-proof trackless rubber-wheeled vehicle as the research object,analyzes the characteristics and fault features of the trackless rubber-wheeled vehicle,and summarizes the composition and common faults of each system of the vehicle.The fault tree analysis method and the diagnostic characteristics of the expert system are studied,and the fault tree model of each system of the trackless rubber wheel truck is established,and the fault tree after qualitative analysis is transformed into the knowledge base of the expert system by using the "generative rule + framework representation method" to solve the problem that the expert system is difficult to obtain knowledge.The fuzzy matrix is combined with the hierarchical analysis method to determine the evaluation weight of the bottom event by the expert,and then obtain the fuzzy probability of the bottom event,which solves the problem of difficulty in obtaining the probability of the bottom event.The bottom event probability is used to complete the quantitative calculation of the fault tree to obtain the importance of the bottom event,which is combined with the inference machine in the expert system to solve the priority problem of inference rules.The inference machine uses forward reasoning to complete the inference of system faults.The fault diagnosis system combines the advantages of the fault tree analysis method and the expert system analysis method,and after processing,it is applied to the fault diagnosis of the trackless rubber wheel truck,which improves the diagnosis efficiency of the system.Sensors are installed in certain parts of the diesel engine to assist the system in fault diagnosis by analyzing the monitored data.This paper uses SQL Server2014 database to complete the establishment of the knowledge base in the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow fault diagnosis system and uses C# programming language to develop the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheelbarrow fault diagnosis system software in Visual Studio2015 environment,with a good human-computer interaction interface to achieve the function of fault diagnosis.The diagnosis system is used to diagnose and verify the fault of the trackless rubber wheel car,and the results meet the design requirements,which show the feasibility of combining the fault tree analysis method and the expert system for the fault diagnosis of the explosion-proof trackless rubber wheel vehicle.
