Reduce sulfur in coal has important meaning to the improvement of resource utilization and environment.But traditional desulfurization technology is inferior desulfurization rate,inferior heating efficiency and some pollution.So the microwave desulfurization technology is widely studied in recent year.Because of its relative advantage to traditional desulfurization technology: high heating efficiency and energy utilization,and it also has a great controllability and no pollution.However,microwave heating also has some disadvantage,because of the hot spots or thermal runaway problems is found in microwave heating process,which limits the wide application of microwave desulfurization technology.With the numerical calculations has a great development.And the in-depth analysis of coal desulfurization mechanism,in order to achieve efficient and reliable microwave desulfurization research,this paper uses a multi-physics coupling calculation method.By establishing the coupling calculation model between the multi-physical fields in the microwave desulfurization process.And with the coupling between the physical fields is clarified,which involved the dielectric parameters,the temperature,the fluid state,the reaction rate and component physical parameters are realized.We study the effect of stirring and double ports.The electric field,temperature field and desulfurization effect under different parameter conditions were compared and analyzed,and the best process conditions under the conditions of stirring and double ports were obtained.The microwave desulfurization process is optimized by the combination of stirring and double ports,so that the desulfurization rate is the highest and the heating uniformity is good.The final best process conditions are: microwave power 700 W,oxidant ratio 1:1,temperature 80.0?,time 15 min,stirring rate 30 rpm,double port position b2a1,power ratio 500: 200.Provide certain theoretical guidance for the industrial application of microwave desulfurization technology.This article is elaborated in three parts:(1)Construct a multi-physics coupling calculation model that can accurately reflect the microwave desulfurization process.With analyze the multi-physics control equations,Establish a microwave desulfurization geometric model and set related parameters,and analyze the coupling mechanism and calculation process.(2)The best conditions of microwave desulfurization are researched.With analyze the calculation results,We can get the distribution of electric field and temperature field,and change of desulfurization rate under different parameter.(3)In view of the unevenness of the microwave heating process,the heating uniformity was improved by introducing stirring and double ports,and the stirring rate,double feed port position and power ratio were optimized to obtain the best uniform parameter settings.The microwave heating process is optimized by combining stirring and double ports.
