As basic raw materials,the price competition of steel products is one of the most important competitive factors.The cost of steel products is the basis of price competition.Variable cost is the most important cost in steelmaking.Variable costs include steel consumption,alloy material,auxiliary material,power,etc.,among which steel material,slag material,alloy and other costs account for more than 70% of the total cost of steelmaking.At present,there are few researches on cost analysis,prediction and control technology of medium and small converter in iron and steel enterprises.Under this background,based on converter steelmaking theory,combined with cost operation method and big data regression,this paper studies and develops the cost control model of medium and small converter steelmaking,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for practical industrial application.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,based on the theoretical basis of converter module of material balance and heat balance,combined with big data regression and activity-based costing,this paper constructs an activity-based costing model that can realize cost prediction and control,analyzes the construction of dynamic costing model and activity-based costing management model,and also analyzes the research and response of activity-based costing model By analysis,ABC method can meet the accuracy requirements of product cost calculation.Secondly,the composition interface of the converter steelmaking cost control model is designed,and the functions of each interface in the model are set.Then,the feasibility and basic structure of the steelmaking cost control model are analyzed.The model adopts the well-known system architecture C/S structure.The interface of the model is unified and standardized,the operation is simple,the prompt information function is complete,and the background database data is easy to call Good hands.Finally,according to the actual situation of an enterprise,through the results calculated by the actual model,the t-test is carried out on the prediction results of the cost control model,the confidence degree of the prediction results is 99%,which shows that the model is reliable and can effectively reflect the actual smelting level of an enterprise;the maximum actual deviation between the predicted cost and the actual cost of the model is about 20 yuan,and the relative deviation is less than 0.6%.The result of cost model prediction can provide reference for the finance of steelmaking branch and company.At the same time,the model can also be used for the cost prediction before the process improvement,steel composition adjustment and new steel development of the enterprise,avoiding the waste and loss caused by direct industrial test,helping the enterprise to control the cost of steelmaking,which has a good application prospect.
