In recent years,the fire safety situation in our country has been severe,the chemical fire extinguishing agents halon 1301 and 1211,which are widely used and have good fire extinguishing performance,will cause serious damage to the atmospheric ozone layer.As people's awareness of protecting the environment becomes stronger and stronger,it is urgent to find efficient,environmentally friendly and green alternatives to halon fire extinguishing agents.As an environmentally friendly and efficient fire extinguishing technology,ultra-fine water mist is increasingly being used by people to extinguish fires,and the addition of inhibitors makes ultra-fine water mist show stronger fire-extinguishing performance,and carbon dioxide is also a kind of an inert gas without secondary hazards.In order to improve the effect of fire extinguishing,this paper studies the integrated fire extinguishing technology of carbon dioxide,ultra-fine water mist and inhibitor.This article focused on the analysis of the fire extinguishing effects of carbon dioxide,ultra-fine water mist,and inhibitors in different combination modes.The wood block was selected as the burning object,and the research was carried out by a combination of experimental device development,laboratory experiments and theoretical analysis.First,designed and manufactured an integrated fire extinguishing experimental system for carbon dioxide,ultra-fine water mist,and inhibitor,and formulated an experimental research plan;Then,the experimental research was carried out,and the flame temperature,flame extinguishing time and flame structure diagrams under different experimental conditions were obtained,and comparative analysis was carried out;Finally,based on the experimental research results,a technical solution for the application of integrated fire extinguishing with carbon dioxide,ultra-fine water mist,and inhibitor was proposed.Experimental results show that compared with the fire extinguishing effect of ultra-fine water mist,carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist can better inhibit wood burning.When the inhibitor FeCl2is added to the carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist,the effect of inhibiting fuel combustion is more significant;the factors that affect the fire extinguishing effect of carbon dioxide and ultra-fine water mist include the pre-combustion time of fuel,the ventilation of the confined space,the fog flux of the superfine water mist and the concentration of the inhibitor FeCl2.
