Large-scale open-pit mines mostly use mining truck transportation technology.Commonly used mining trucks weigh 200-300 tons.Each large-scale mine has tens of millions of tons of useful minerals and hundreds of millions of tons of stripped materials that are transported to unloading by trucks each year.point.In the production process of open-pit mines,transportation costs account for more than 50% of the total production costs,and fuel consumption is the largest and most volatile cost factor.The driving behavior of drivers also has a greater impact on costs.Therefore,through the research on the fuel consumption of large-scale open-pit mine trucks and the driving behavior of drivers,this article has formed relevant results to guide the mine to reduce transportation costs,which has greater theoretical significance and use value.In view of the lack of quantitative analysis on the driving behavior and driving style of truck drivers in open pit mines,the study of the law of truck fuel consumption in open pit mines considers fewer influencing factors,and the accuracy of manual data collection is not high.Based on the multi-indicator monitoring and analysis of truck's actual operating conditions,driver behavior and fuel consumption,a model of the operating law of mining trucks under heavy-load uphill and no-load downhill conditions is established,and fuel consumption prediction based on BP neural network model.The technical route is to first build a fuel consumption detection and truck operation data collection system to collect actual operating data such as mining truck fuel consumption and driver behavior;then sort and classify the data;then,based on the measured data,analyze the trucks in the open-pit mine on the ramp Research on the operation rules during transportation;use unsupervised learning hierarchical clustering algorithm to classify the driving style of mining truck drivers;use single factor analysis to analyze the fuel consumption laws of open-pit mine trucks under different influencing factors,And apply the neural network algorithm to build the model with each influencing factor as the input layer and truck fuel consumption as the output layer.Finally,the prediction results are compared with the actual fuel consumption data,and the accuracy of the model is repeatedly tested to further optimize the model,and finally make the model The accuracy rate is as high as 95.5%,which can meet the forecasting requirements.The research results of the thesis have realized the quantitative analysis and recognition of the driving style of large trucks,as well as the more accurate prediction of the fuel consumption under the common influence of driving style and various influencing factors.For the open-pit mine of experimental research,it is proposed to improve the driving behavior of drivers and improve Engineering and technical measures such as road maintenance quality have effectively reduced truck fuel consumption and transportation costs.There are 19 pictures,21 tables,and 105 references in this thesis...
