At present,functionalized polyolefin derivatives and polyacetylene derivatives,which are important branches of polymer materials,have been widely used in the fields of electronic devices,communications,and automobiles.However,with the continuous development of chemical technology,chemical products and reagents are increasingly polluting the environment.People have gradually realized that the development of green chemistry has far-reaching significance for chemical technology and even the sustainable development of society.Since water is the world's most abundant and green and pollution-free natural raw material,the design of water-soluble polymers and subsequent functionalization in aqueous solutions will become an inevitable choice for sustainable green development in the future.In this paper,a variety of water-soluble polymers have been designed and synthesized,and their functionalization in aqueous solutions has been explored.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Four water-soluble oligoethylene glycol monomethyl ether amine compounds is synthesized,including tetraethylene glycol monomethyl ether amine,heptadiol monomethyl ether amine,octaethylene glycol monomethyl ether amine and polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 350 amine.The structure of the compounds was characterized by the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer.(2)Design and synthesis four water-soluble active acrylate monomers based on tetraethylene glycol monomethyl ether amine group and two phenylacetylene monomers based on polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 350 amine group,and through polymerization experiments,we successfully obtained three polymers with fluorescence effect:4-(N-tetraethylene glycol monomethyl ether amino carboxamide)phenyl polyacrylate,4-(N-polyethylene glycol 350 monomethyl ether amino benzene Formamide)phenyl-4-polyethynyl benzoate derivative and 4-(N-polyethylene glycol 350monomethyl ether amino benzamide)-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl-4-Polyethynyl benzoate derivative,in which polyacrylate also show obvious LCST effect.(3)The green solvent water is used as the solvent for the post-functionalization reaction of the polymer.The conditions for the post-functionalization of water-soluble active polyacrylate in water are discussed,and it is found that the conversion rate of the polymer can reach the highest under the catalysis of Et3N and DMAP.(4)The three polymers are post-functionalized with 7 water-soluble amino acids(glycine,alanine,valine,serine,threonine,cysteine and proline)in water,and the results show that the conversion rate of the reaction of polyacrylic acid ester and glycine can reach to 97%.Furthermore,the reaction of polyphenylene acetylene ester with proline has the highest conversion rate,which can reach a maximum of 93%.These results prove that post-functionalization of water-soluble active ester polymers in water is feasible.
