Electronic clothing can provide a variety of intelligent services while maintaining comfort.People are enthusiastic about it,and the electronic devices used in wearable intelligent textiles are becoming more and more diversified and flexible.At present,flexible electronic devices are limited by their structure and size,and most of them are directly stitched or bonded to the fabric surface in the form of sheets.The electronic clothing prepared by these methods has lost its original breathability and comfort to a large extent.The flexible electrons on the surface of the fabric are also subject to friction damage during wearing.What is more,most electronic devices are not washable,which limits the development of wearable electronic clothing.Because of its one-dimensional structure,fiber electronic devices have the advantages of small diameter,easy integration and weaving,so they are very suitable for weaving electronic clothing.First of all,this paper puts forward a,by using the method of pretensioning-adhesive,phosphorus copper wire,polyurethane fiber,carbon fiber,PMMA optical fiber and cyano ethyl acrylate as materials,low-cost fast preparation with helical structure elastic conductive carbon fiber and elastic fibers,elastic fiber,and their properties have been characterized.It is proved that the helical conductive fiber has excellent properties such as stretchable,high conductivity,washable,solderable and braided.Secondly,the mechanical model of the spiral fiber is established in this thesis.Through theoretical derivation and finite element analysis,the key parameters affecting the structure of the spiral fiber and the forming mechanism are deeply discussed.The relationship between the diameter of the material and the size of the pretension and the diameter of the spiral and the rotation Angle is obtained,and the structure of the spiral fiber can be controlled.The theoretical value of the fracture strength of the spiral fiber is obtained.Finally,in order to further examine and demonstrate the practicability of helical conductive fiber in electronic clothing,this paper uses helical conductive fiber as fabric circuit and electrical signal transmission channel respectively,and makes washable LED wristband and intelligent fire protection suit with danger warning function.The results show that the helical fiber is very suitable for weaving electronic clothing,and the excellent mechanical and electrical properties of helical conductive fiber ensure the stability and low loss transmission of electrical signals.
