Self-assembly technology is currently a very important theoretical concept and preparation technology in the field of materials science and engineering.Self-assembly using particles as raw materials is conducive to more convenient design and construction of new functional materials.In this thesis,the self-assembly technology of stimulus-responsive particles on the surface of the material is developed,and single-layer and multi-layer self-assembly are realized;a new single-layer functionalized material is prepared by stimulus-responsive P(NIPAM-AA)-based particles.The modification and surface reaction of P(NIPAM-AA)particles were studied,and modified stimulus-responsive particles were obtained,which realized the control of the surface functional groups of the particles.Through the reaction of P(NIPAM-AA)particles with the amino groups on the cover glass,firstly,a glass sheet combined with a single layer of particles and particles with different functional groups on the surface are prepared,and the gap between the particles is used on the cover glass of the assembled particles.The amidation reaction is repeated cyclically,so that P(NIPAM-AA)nanoparticles can be assembled in multiple layers,and the morphology of the above-mentioned particles and the glass surface,the thickness of the particle layer and the responsiveness are studied,and the thickness is finally 1μm.Multi-layered P(NIPAM-AA)particles self-assembled on glass surface with layer-by-layer,,resulting in a certain anti-ultraviolet function.Furthermore,P(NIPAM-AA)/Fe3O4 and P(NIPAM-AA)/WO3 functionalized particles were used on the assembly of particles and fibers.Firstly,P(NIPAM-AA)/Fe3O4 particles are self-assembled on polyester fabric,and the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties are tested on them,and they have a certain responsiveness to temperature.The corresponding fabrics obtained have lipophilic and hydrophobic properties and can be used for oil and water separation.The P(NIPAM-AA)/WO3 particles were assembled on polyester fabric,viscose fiber,glass surfaces and in thin tubes of polyvinyl chloride or silicone through the above-mentioned technology,which were characterized with scanning electron microscope.The glass and the thin tube binding functional particles have good surface morphologies.Irradiated with ultraviolet light,PET fabric with P(NIPAM-AA)/WO3 particles can be used in the decolorization of methyl orange,resulting in a decolorization rate of 91.38%.This research has good potential applications in wastewater treatment.
