M petrochemical company's full-density plant independently developed condensation technology,selected isopentane as the condensing agent,and added a set of isopentane refining system to ensure the raw material refining effect of isopentane.After analysis of condensing mode switching key points and concentration,a production plan for condensing technology was developed and trial production was successfully implemented.The application of condensation technology for industrial production requires transformation and operation optimization on the basis of the original equipment.In view of the industrial production characteristics of condensing technology,and according to actual production conditions,M Petrochemical Company's full-density plant has been modified and optimized respectively for the raw material refining system,polymerization reaction system,exhaust gas recovery system,and pelletizing air delivery system,and achieved the transformation Optimized effect.With the accumulation of operating experience,the condensing operation of the device becomes more stable.However,there are still more prominent problems: the core equipment of the device is a circulating gas compressor,and the compressor guide vane mechanism has a high failure rate,which increases the risk during the application of condensation technology and greatly affects the smooth operation of the device;The compressor power is too high,which limits the improvement space of the reaction output under the application of condensing technology;the time control of entering the condensing state varies greatly,indicating that the actual operation of the condensing technology needs to be more standardized.In this paper,the failure rate is greatly reduced after the investigation and analysis of the failure status of the guide vane mechanism of the circulating air compressor and its influencing factors,and the technical modification of the sealing structure of the vane and the operation form of the large gear.Through data collection and analysis of influencing factors such as the opening degree of the guide vane of the circulating gas compressor,the change of the gas composition of the reaction circulating gas,and the blockage of the key equipment of the polymerization reaction,the influence on the power of the circulating gas compressor is determined.And according to the actual production situation of the device,after adjusting the opening of the guide vane at the inlet of the circulating gas compressor and reducing the partial pressure of ethylene and the total pressure,various data of the operation in and out of the condensed state are collected to determine its impact on product quality,stable production and equipment operation.Finally,it is determined to reduce the power of the circulating gas compressor and make the condensing operation more stable.Through the collection and analysis of process parameters that enter the condensing state many times,the condensing agent and catalyst are fixed and quantified,and on this basis,the operation plan for entering the condensing state is optimized and actual production verification is performed to make the operation of the production device more stable and safe.
