The development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region focuses on animal husbandry and it is the main producing area of milk and meat in the country.However,the reproduction of microorganisms and quality of food deteriorates,which limits the development of these traditional foods.This article takes chilled mutton and Mongolian cheese as the research object,the polyvinyl alcohol film(PVA)obtained by glutaraldehyde cross-linking was used as the substrate,and the photosensitizer 3,3,4,4-benzophenone was chemically grafted.Tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA)was connected to the PVA film,and the light-driven antibacterial film was successfully prepared.The light response experiment proved that the light-driven antibacterial film generates active oxygen effectively when illuminated,and stops the release of active oxygen when protected from light.For chilled mutton and Mongolian cheese during storage,common pathogens:Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes,Yeast have good inhibitory effect.Finally,combined with tray packaging,p H,total volatile base nitrogen(TVB-N),total number of colonies,12% TCA proteolysis,and free amino acids were used to evaluate the fresh-keeping effect of the light-driven antibacterial film on chilled mutton and Mongolian cheese comprehensively.The results show that the light-driven antibacterial film can inhibit the growth of microorganisms on the surface of chilled mutton and Mongolian cheese effectively,reducing the production of volatile ammonia substances in chilled mutton,and delaying the hydrolysis of Mongolian cheese protein and the formation of free amino acids.In summary,the light-driven antibacterial film use sunlight as a switch to controllable release of active oxygen in real time for sterilization.The fresh-keeping experiment shows that light-driven antibacterial film can extend the shelf life of chilled mutton and Mongolian cheese effectively.Finally,the development of light-driven antibacterial films can provide new ideas for food preservation.
