Research On The System Of Automatic Grease Filtering Device

As lubricating grease is of great significance to support the normal operation of mechanical equipment,its quality has vital impact on the normal running of machines as well.Along with the fine development of mechanical equipment,people now have proposed higher requirements for the cleanliness of lubricating grease.Moreover,the service life of the machines will thus be reduced if the lubricating grease has lower cleanliness.As it requires fine filtration procedure to successfully produce lubricating grease with high cleanliness but the current degree of automation of the machines still remain low with frequent filtering screen and lower production efficiency.Therefore,it is of necessity to develop automatic filtering device of lubricating grease.Firstly,this paper has formulated the general scheme for the development of automatic filtering device based on the characteristics of lubricating grease and the technical requirements of the filtering procedure,and it has made discussions on Newton's filtration theory and according to the basic model of filtering deduced the basic equation of lubricating grease filtering under xonstant pressure is derived;secondly,it has developed the automatic filtering device while taking various aspects into consideration,including mechanical structure,pneumatic system,hydraulic system and controlling system of the device.By analyzing current production techniques of the lubricating grease production,it has decided to design the device with the three components of its automatic feeding system,filtering system and blanking system.Moreover,it has conducted three-dimension modeling and designed the overall assembly to the mechanical structure of the lubricating grease automatic filtering device by employing three-dimension graphic software NX10.0.B esides,it has also analyzed the operation requirements of the device and developed its pneumatic and hydraulic system,as well as designing hydraulic pressure station to maintain the steady operation of hydraulic system and selecting the model of its pneumatic and hydraulic components.After successfully designing its electric control system,it has also established its hardware system and designed its software system and thus realized the safe,steady and reliable operation of the system through PLC controlling logic modules.By designing the automatic filtering device and controlling system of lubricating grease,it has helped to realize automatic feeding,filtering quick replacement and blanking of the lubricating grease materials,thus providing reference for researches on the automatic filtering device of lubricating grease.
