The head sheave system is one of the important load-bearing components of the entire lifting system.The wire rope between the friction wheel and the lifting container is responsible for supporting and guiding the wire rope.Its operation status affects the safety and stability of the lifting system.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor the operating status of the head sheave system and evaluate its operating status.This paper discusses the failure mechanism of the head sheave in combination with the needs of monitoring and condition assessment of the head sheave,and designs the head sheave monitoring system,analyzes the signal of the head sheave and extracts the fault characteristic value of the head sheave,and establishes the head sheave on this basis.Head sheave fault tree and Bayesian network model to realize fault diagnosis and status assessment of the head sheaveIn the part of failure mechanism research,firstly,the structure of the head sheave is analyzed,and on this basis,the finite element model of the head sheave body is established,and the force analysis is carried out to clarify the weak parts of the head sheave body;The head sheave conducts modal analysis to understand the vibration characteristics of the head sheave,explore the maximum vibration deformation position of the head sheave vibration,and provide a basis for the installation of the yaw sensor;finally,for the current common head sheave abnormal noise and excessive head sheave yaw Three kinds of failures are analyzed,and the reasons for the failures are discussed,which lays the foundation for the failure diagnosis later.According to monitoring and condition assessment needs,a head sheave monitoring system was built.On the hardware,the selection of acquisition cards,sensors,wireless transmission modules and other hardware and the design of the ICP signal conditioning circuit have been completed;on the software side,a Lab VIEW-based head sheave monitoring system has been written to complete the signal acquisition,processing and display,at the same time realize the function of storing and querying fault data.Combined with equipment on-site operation status record,analyze the deflection signal,sound signal,vibration signal and temperature signal of the head sheave and extract the time-frequency domain characteristic parameters in the test signal through EEMD and wavelet noise reduction and other signal processing methods,and pass multiple parameters to improve the reliability of fault diagnosis.Diagnose the abnormal sound of the head sheave on a certain mine,and diagnose the abnormal sound of the head sheave by analyzing the recently saved deflection data,vibration data and temperature data and comparing with the established multi-parameter evaluation system The reason is to provide a basis for maintenance.The head sheave fault tree model and Bayesian network model are established,and the amplitude of the probability of the bottom event that causes the head sheave failure is evaluated,and the operation status of the head sheave system is evaluated through the risk assessment level of the head sheave system.This paper has total of 63 picture,21 tables and 89 references.
