Research On Automatic Measurement Technology And Equipment Of Drilling Track With Drilling

The purpose of this paper is to develop and design a complete theoretical system and field application equipment for measuring the trajectory of common borehole with drilling for mining,including inclinometer,sounding device,supporting hardware,data processing and graphic display software.Firstly,the migration mechanism of drilling and the characteristics of drilling process are analyzed to clarify the application scene and application conditions of drilling measurement system,and then the oblique measuring device is based on triaxial accelerometer and triaxial magnetometer.The inclination and azimuth data of the three elements of drilling are calculated by measuring the components of earth gravity field and earth magnetic field on three orthogonal axes;The designed depth measuring device based on magnetic induction pulse encoder can automatically measure the drilling depth by recording the relative motion distance between the drilling rig support plate and the drilling rig runway and detecting the tight state of the drill gripper.Fully adapt to the underground drilling construction environment,accurately identify the effective and invalid ruler during drilling.The software developed with drill measurement system has good compatibility and practicability,and can realize the functions of ground setting,data reading,timedepth matching,joint processing,graphic display and so on.Through laboratory tests to test the measuring accuracy of the instrument,through ground tests to prove the degree of agreement between the measuring instrument and the drilling rig and the reliability of the instrument operation,Finally,six groups of borehole trajectory measurement experiments are carried out in coal mine to prove the applicability of the system in drilling site and construction process.At the same time,the massive drilling data recorded in the drilling process can restore the whole drilling process in the form of digital features,and realize the characteristic record of the whole drilling process under the condition of less number of sensors and more complex working conditions.
