3D laser scanning technology has been used in various engineering fields.But there are few cases in deformation monitoring of roadway in China.This work took the201 working face mining as the research area,combined with 3D laser scanning technology and numerical simulation,obtaining the roof of roadway deformation data,and expounded the application of 3D laser scanning technology in dynamic monitoring of roadway engineering.Combined with the numerical simulation,the influencing factors of deformation of 201 auxiliary transportation roadway are analyzed,the main work is as follows:(1)Design 3D laser scanning monitoring scheme,evaluate the quality of scanning data and improve the scanning scheme.Firstly,according to the field exploration situation of roadway,the monitoring scheme is designed,and the control points and reflectors are arranged.In the process of obtaining point cloud,due to the complex underground conditions,the scanning distance is significantly reduced compared with the scanning distance on the ground,and the point cloud density drops seriously.In view of the above shortcomings,the underground roadway deformation monitoring scheme is improved.It is suggested that 3D laser scanning be carried out less than 50 meters.Secondly,the laser range finder should be used to monitor the convergence of roadway while scanning and results can also verify the scanning data.(2)Point cloud preprocessing and extraction of deformation data of roadway roof.Firstly,the problems of point cloud registration and filtering in the process of point cloud data preprocessing are analyzed.A new point cloud registration and filtering method suitable for roadway is proposed,and the effect is good.Deformation results shows that: during the advancing process of the working face,the uneven deformation occurs in the roof,and the deformation first occurs in the area near the goaf,and with the advancing of the working face,the deformation value of the roadway roof gradually increases.Secondly,the total shape variable of the roadway roof and floor is small,the monitoring results are reliable.(3)Numerical simulation of roadway deformation.Firstly,the space-time evolution of roadway displacement in the process of working face advancing is obtained by numerical simulation.Secondly,the relationship between the coal pillar width,coal seam thickness,working face advancing speed,mining depth on the roadway deformation is explored by numerical simulation.Finally,the function model of roof subsidence is established and used in production.
